You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. VitalisPro reserves the right to suspend or delete your account if any of these terms are breached.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order through our site, you agree to provide accurate and complete order and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or product unavailability.

5. Shipping and delivery

We strive to deliver products on time, but delays beyond our control may occur. We are not responsible for any delivery delay caused by unforeseen circumstances. If any shipping issue arises, please contact us.

6. Return and refund policy

14-day guarantee: for 14 days from delivery, a defective or non-conforming product (damaged, wrong product, confirmed defect) is refunded or replaced. If the product is in good order and free of defects, a return falls outside the guarantee: the request is reviewed by our team, who assess the grounds.

Right of withdrawal: under Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection, the customer may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned in its original condition, with the boxes closed and sealed. If the customer simply changes their mind, return shipping is at their expense (the price of one delivery, currently 30 DH). If one or more boxes have been opened, their value is deducted from the refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, is the property of VitalisPro or its licensors. Using this content for any commercial purpose is prohibited without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We accept no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the products we offer. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

10. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco, and any disputes arising from them shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
