Return and Refund Policy

Your order is protected. Here is, in plain terms, what the guarantee covers, what applies if the product is in good order, and how to use your legal right of withdrawal.

1. 14-day guarantee: defective or non-conforming product

For 14 calendar days from delivery, a defective or non-conforming product is refunded or replaced at our expense:

  • a product that is damaged on delivery;
  • a mistake on our side: wrong product, wrong quantity, missing item;
  • a confirmed defect in the product, its packaging or its safety seal.

Please report it as soon as you receive your parcel, keeping the packaging and, if possible, a photo.

2. Product in good order

If the product is as ordered and free of defects, returning it falls outside the 14-day guarantee. Each request is reviewed by our team, who assess the grounds before replying to you, with care and courtesy. As dietary supplements produce results that vary from one person to another, no individual result can be guaranteed.

3. Legal right of withdrawal: 14 days

Under Moroccan Law No. 31-08 (consumer protection, distance selling), you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order, provided you return the product:

  • in its original condition, with the boxes closed and sealed (a consumable product that cannot be resold once opened);
  • with proof of purchase (order number, name, phone).

If you change your mind without a valid reason, return shipping is at your expense, at the price of one delivery (currently 30 DH). If the error is ours (wrong, defective or damaged product), we cover the return shipping.

4. Opened boxes

If one or more boxes have been opened, their value is deducted from the amount refunded; closed, sealed boxes are refunded.

5. How to make a request

  1. Contact us: by e-mail at contact@vitalispro.online or by phone / WhatsApp on 0652701712, stating your order number and the reason.
  2. Validation: our customer service checks that the request meets the conditions and tells you how to proceed.
  3. Returning the product: send the product back following the instructions provided. The return address is: VitalisPro, Casablanca 20000.
  4. Refund: after receipt and inspection, the refund is issued within 3 business days of receiving and checking the return, by bank transfer (RIB) or in cash depending on the original payment method.
